Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
– Assist patrons and colleagues with enthusiasm and professionalism.
– Remain vigilant to anticipate and address any concerns from patrons.
– Identify and report hazards promptly to the Security Supervisor.
– Ensure that no alcohol is taken beyond the facility premises.
– Monitor your assigned section, enforcing all relevant Wings Stadium policies, with particular attention to events like Chuck-A-Puck and items thrown on the ice.
– After events, oversee exits and remain accessible at all doors.
– Log any issues or maintenance concerns at the conclusion of your shift, utilizing the appropriate reports such as the Maintenance Report, Motor Vehicle Report, and Incident Report.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you will need:
– Exceptional customer service skills.
– EMT certification is preferred, though not mandatory.
– The ability to stand for prolonged periods, up to 8 hours or more.
– Physical capabilities to stoop, bend, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
– The aptitude to work safely with potentially hazardous chemicals and equipment.
– A commitment to adhering to safety and health code standards.
