Job Title: Security Mobile Officer Full Time

Company: Allied Universal

Location: Highland Heights, OH

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for a “Security Mobile Officer Full Time” position in Highland Heights, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for security roles in the region. As of my last update, typical hourly rates for similar security positions in Ohio generally range from $18 to $25, depending on factors such as experience, responsibilities, and the specific employer. While individual circumstances such as benefits, shift differentials, and company reputation can influence overall compensation, the offered rate may not attract well-qualified candidates in a competitive job market. Thus, it would be advisable for employers to consider adjusting the pay to remain attractive to potential applicants.

Job description:

  • Restrict entry to drivers lacking proper identification or those found with illicit substances or weapons.
  • Conduct daily and weekly maintenance inspections of all required equipment.
  • Operate the Boom Control Box for mobility and deploying the detection system, as well as managing safety gates.

Qualifications:

    • Compliance with state and/or local licensing requirements may be necessary prior to employment.
    • A minimum of three (3) years of military, law enforcement, or security experience.
