Job Description
We are currently seeking Full-Time Security Officers.

  • Pay: Starting at $20.50 per hour
  • Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts
  • Requirements:
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Availability to work weekends

As a Security Officer, you will serve and protect clients across diverse industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response actions when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively, employing problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and surrounding areas; note that working conditions may differ based on client site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience required.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws; Allied Universal considers qualified candidates with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Applicants must also submit to a drug screening as permitted by law.
