Job Description
Armed Security Officer / $23.16 per hour
7 am – 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday / 6 am – 10 am on Thursday
A Valid OPOTA certification is required
Prior Armed Security Experience is essential

As an Armed Security Officer, you will protect and serve clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional customer service to clients by executing safety and security protocols, implementing site-specific policies, and engaging in emergency response activities as necessary.
– Address incidents and critical situations with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
– Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and its perimeter, adapting to varying environments and conditions as dictated by client sites.

Minimum Requirements:
– Candidates must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
– A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or a minimum of five years of verifiable experience.
– As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
– Applicants will be subject to a drug screening as permitted by law.
– Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs is mandatory.

– A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions exclusively.
