We are currently seeking to hire Part-Time Security Officers with a pay rate of $13.00 per hour. Candidates must be available to work various schedules and possess the physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Key responsibilities of the Security Flex Officer include ensuring the safety and security of the facilities they guard. This role serves as a visible deterrent to crime and rule violations while detecting and reporting any suspicious, unsafe, or criminal activities that may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels and the general public.

Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations and must be met prior to employment. For driving positions, candidates must have a valid Driver’s License, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 36 months, no more than one accident in the last 24 months, and no more than one minor moving violation in the last 24 months), and adhere to the minimum insurance requirements as per company policy. Moreover, candidates must be capable of operating a vehicle safely.

As part of your duties, you will be required to:

  • Work across multiple client locations, covering special projects, call-offs, vacations, and open shifts.
  • Be available to work any time and on any day.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Utilize intermediate computer skills to operate advanced wireless technology specific to client sites.
  • Manage crisis situations at the client site calmly and effectively.

Physical requirements include the capability to:

  • Work in various weather conditions (cold, rain, snow, heat).
  • Occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts.
  • Stand or walk on diverse surfaces for extended periods.
