As a Security Officer, your primary role will be to protect and serve clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and, when necessary, executing emergency response procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with composure and effective problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21 or older for armed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Candidates will undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Qualified individuals with criminal histories will be considered consistent with relevant laws.
• A drug screening will be conducted in accordance with legal requirements.
