Allied Universal is currently hiring for a weekend flex project position in Detroit at the Ford – Michigan Central Station site. The shifts available are Friday from 4 PM to 10 PM and/or Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. The starting pay for this position is $17.90 per hour, which increases to $18.99 after 90 days. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license for a minimum of one year. We also offer convenient payment options such as DailyPay and WeeklyPay.

Position Overview:
We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Professional Security Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as necessary.
– Maintain a calm and problem-solving demeanor when addressing incidents and critical situations.
– Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and its perimeter, acknowledging that working conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Qualifications:
– Candidates must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions and 21 years old for armed roles.
– A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or a minimum of five years of verifiable experience.
– As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
– A drug screening will also be conducted to the extent permitted by law as part of the hiring process.
– Licensing requirements may be mandated by state and local laws prior to employment.
