We are currently seeking a Part-Time Flex Security Officer to join our team. This role requires a valid driver’s license held for over one year, making it an ideal position for retirees or students. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.91, with weekly pay and an option for DailyPay.

As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to serve and safeguard clients across various sectors including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when necessary, engaging in emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with composure and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, ensuring the safety of the business and its perimeter. Note that working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed positions.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation consistent with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will evaluate qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will also be required to complete a drug screening, as allowable by law.
  • Licensing requirements may be applicable based on state and/or local laws and regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
