Job Description
Security Officer / $16.00 per hour
12:45 pm – 5 pm / Monday – Friday

As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.
Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response activities as necessary.
– Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills.
– Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and its perimeter, with varying working environments and conditions depending on the client site.
Minimum Requirements:
– Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed positions; 21 years or older for armed positions.
– A high school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience is required.
– Applicants will undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable regulations.
– A drug screening will be conducted, subject to legal limitations.
– Licensing requirements are determined by state and/or local laws and regulations and may be mandatory prior to employment.
