Job Description
Job Title: Security Shift Supervisor
Company: Securitas
Location: Muskegon, MI
Pay: $21.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $21.50 for a “Security Shift Supervisor” in Muskegon, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive but may fall below the average for similar roles in many regions. As of 2023, security supervisors typically earn between $25 and $35 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the role. Factors like local cost of living, the industry (e.g., corporate, retail, or government), and the employer’s benefits package should also be considered. While $21.50 may attract candidates, it could struggle to retain experienced professionals in an increasingly competitive job market, especially if surrounding areas or sectors offer higher compensation.
