Job description:
The Self-Checkout Representative plays a crucial role in maintaining Coborn’s commitment to exceptional customer service. This position entails supervising the self-checkout area, including the RAP Station, RAP POS, and self-checkout kiosks. Responsibilities include ensuring guests accurately scan and enter merchandise, overseeing guest payments, and providing assistance for any inquiries or concerns, all while delivering a remarkable guest experience.
