Position Overview: Selling Associate
The Selling Associate plays a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves engaging with customers and demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Floor Duties:

  • Drive store sales and contribute to growth through direct sales to customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers by interpreting cues and responding effectively.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect bra fit by asking insightful questions.
  • Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into increased sales.

Cash Wrap Responsibilities:

  • Provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience, accurately processing customer transactions at the Point of Sale.
  • Reinforce customer purchase decisions at checkout by encouraging the selection of additional items.
  • Maintain the cash wrap selling zone and manage “go-backs.”

Merchandise Processing and Replenishment:

  • Prepare merchandise to be floor-ready and ensure the back room and stock are maintained to brand standards.
  • Restock merchandise to ensure availability on the sales floor.
  • Assist with additional tasks as necessary, including markdowns, re-tickets, and the mark-out-of-stock process.

Floorset Activities:

  • Execute floorset tasks proficiently while adhering to brand standards.
  • Maintain the back room and stock organization to facilitate efficient replenishment.

General Associate Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-line store sales and contribute to business growth through proactive actions and productivity.
  • Emphasize bras as a premier product differentiator to foster loyalty and support our "Best at Bras" culture.
  • Prepare for each shift by staying informed about sales, promotions, and applicable procedures.
  • Take initiative to recover and replenish merchandise for optimal selling availability.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor while reporting maintenance issues.
  • Stay vigilant about loss prevention and contribute to strategies aimed at reducing shrink.
  • Support all efforts related to creating a safe working environment.

The salary for this position ranges from $11.00 to $13.25 per hour. Actual salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including individual skills and experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
