Position Summary
The role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Housekeeping: Execute cleaning duties such as dusting, damp mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning patient room furnishings. Responsible for trash disposal and completing all related tasks as assigned.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure the safe utilization of protective gear and the proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions. Adhere to established safety and quality standards while following infection control and universal precautions.
  • Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while completing duties according to schedule. Respond promptly to the paging system when required.
  • Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively by adhering to instructions and maintaining a courteous and cooperative demeanor with supervisors, colleagues, and client staff.
  • Resident Experience: Engage in positive interactions with residents, staff, and facility visitors.

Qualifications

  • A demonstrated positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions while performing routine tasks.
