Position Summary:
- Housekeeping: Perform a range of housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, cleaning, and sanitizing bathrooms, patient room furniture, and common areas. Responsible for the removal and disposal of trash and any additional assigned tasks.
- Safety: Utilize appropriate protective equipment for all duties, ensure safe mixing and use of cleaning solutions, and adhere to all safety protocols. Respond promptly to equipment and cleaning product needs, and maintain compliance with infection control standards.
- Punctuality: Demonstrate consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of assigned duties in accordance with the schedule. Respond promptly to communications.
- Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, coworkers, and client staff.
- Resident Experience: Engage in pleasant and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and facility visitors.
Qualifications:
- Maintain a positive attitude and follow both oral and written instructions, executing routine tasks consistently.
- Upon completing required training, demonstrate leadership ability to perform responsibilities autonomously and safely.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality is essential.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull similar weight, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently and working safely around food and cleaning products.
- Residency within the service area is required.
