Responsibilities:
- Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Uphold proper cleaning and sanitation practices in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Adhere to infection control policies and universal precautions to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests by providing exemplary customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership in completing daily responsibilities.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Capacity to undertake routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
- Ability to work around various cleaning products.
- Competence in following both oral and written instructions for daily tasks.
- Residency within the service area is required.
