Responsibilities:
– Execute daily housekeeping duties, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
– Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
– Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
– Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to guarantee a sanitary environment.
– Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
– Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Maintain a positive demeanor and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily tasks.
– Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination protocols is required.
– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with the capacity to push/pull the same weight, as well as to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
– Competence in performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
– Ability to work safely with cleaning products.
– Capability to follow both oral and written instructions and execute daily routine tasks.
– Residency within the service area is required.
