Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure the thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging positively with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to consistently perform routine and repetitive tasks.
  • Must be comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions, executing routine, repetitive tasks daily.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
