Responsibilities:
– Conduct daily housekeeping responsibilities, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
– Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
– Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
– Implement infection control and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
– Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to execute daily tasks efficiently.
– Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
– Physically capable of lifting and carrying a maximum of 50 pounds, as well as pushing or pulling similar weight; able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended durations.
– Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
– Comfort working with cleaning products.
– Proficient in following both oral and written instructions.
– Residency within the service area is required.
