Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies to guarantee a sanitary environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, although not mandatory.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and can communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push and pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks continually.
  • Ability to work safely with cleaning products.
  • Capability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
