Responsibilities

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure the cleaning and sanitation of all areas adheres to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously and working with cleaning products.
  • Follow oral and written instructions diligently.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
