Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
  • Execute other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying a maximum of 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds, and standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be able to work in proximity to cleaning products.
  • Capacity to follow both oral and written instructions and complete daily tasks effectively.
  • Residency within the service area is a requirement.
