Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control practices and universal precautions to promote a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Physical capability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and maintain mobility through standing, sitting, bending, and walking over extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Capacity to work in proximity to cleaning products.
  • Proficiency in following oral and written instructions and executing daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is a requirement.
