Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of all areas according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended durations.
  • Capacity to perform routine and repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products safely.
  • Proficiency in following oral and written instructions to perform daily routine tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
