Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
• Ensure the cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies to promote a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and perform standing, sitting, bending, and walking activities for extended durations.
• Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Must be able to work with cleaning products.
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions, executing routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area is required.
