Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation in all areas, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently throughout the shift.
  • Must be comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
