Job Description
Job Title: Senior Care Housekeeper
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Suttons Bay, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a “Senior Care Housekeeper” in Suttons Bay, MI, is generally below the average for similar positions in the broader region and industry. According to various job market data, housekeeping roles in senior care often range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and local cost of living factors. Given that Suttons Bay is a small town, while wages may vary, the $17 rate may be seen as less competitive, potentially impacting the attraction and retention of skilled staff in this essential role. Therefore, this rate may require reconsideration to remain appealing to prospective employees in the local job market.
