Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility, whether within the home or during outings (e.g., doctor’s appointments, walks)
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
• Support clients in completing physical therapy routines and other prescribed exercises
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation, as needed
• Gather information regarding clients’ conditions and treatment plans from healthcare professionals and family members
• Report any unusual incidents to caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members

Caregiver Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of caregiving experience is required
