Job description:
We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of targeted communications strategies for various vertical markets. We currently have two positions available, each focusing on different customer segments, including healthcare, education, and large corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to gather customer insights, identify communication needs, and develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a key integrator within the cross-functional communications team, executing a variety of tactics such as storytelling, visualization, content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and event planning.
- Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to specific customer verticals, encompassing content creation, event experiences, audience communications, and digital promotions.
- Coordinate project scheduling and management, ensuring effective utilization of internal and external resources.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns utilizing both online and offline tactics to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including digital marketing initiatives focused on lead generation through social media, email, search, web, and SEO.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints, including written and visual content, while elevating thought leadership through research and editorial outputs.
- Assist in defining project strategies, identifying necessary resources, and establishing timelines and budgets.
- Understand target audiences and content needs, participating in the evaluation of communication activities, tactics, and programs.
