Job Title: SENIOR COOK (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $21.1 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $21.10 for a Senior Cook position in Cleveland, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the industry. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for cooks, especially those in senior or supervisory positions, typically ranges between $25 and $30 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, restaurant type, and specific responsibilities. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level or less experienced cooks, it may not sufficiently attract seasoned professionals in a full-time or part-time capacity given the rising cost of living and industry wage trends. Therefore, this rate should be reevaluated to ensure competitiveness in attracting qualified candidates.
