Job description:
The MerchOps Business Intelligence team is dedicated to delivering data-driven solutions that align with the objectives of the Merchandising organization. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Store Operations, to ensure the effective implementation of comprehensive solutions. You will engage with IT teams to gain a deep understanding of key merchandising and BI applications, acting as a liaison between business requirements and technology.
As a Senior Business Reporting Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that enhance visibility and streamline processes. Your primary focus areas will include Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition.
Additionally, you will work closely with MerchOps BI leadership to prioritize requests related to projects, enhancements, ad-hoc needs, documentation, and system testing. Exposure to technologies such as HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server on the backend, as well as Tableau and WEBI as front-end tools, is essential. You will also have opportunities to participate in training and skill development in GCP, Python, and Power BI as the needs of the team evolve.
