AI Pay Analysis: To accurately evaluate the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a Senior Digital Product Manager in Holland, MI, it’s essential to consider industry benchmarks and local market conditions. As of my last update in October 2023, Senior Digital Product Manager roles typically command hourly rates ranging from $50 to $100, depending on experience, company, and specific job responsibilities. In Holland, MI, where the cost of living is generally lower than in major metropolitan areas, a competitive rate would likely be on the lower end of that spectrum. Comparing the provided hourly rate against these figures can help determine if it’s aligned with industry standards. If it falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; if not, it might suggest a need for reevaluation based on local economic conditions and talent availability.
