The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for the ongoing administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform, which supports our organization’s IT Service Management (ITSM) needs. The successful candidate will ensure the performance, reliability, and security of our ServiceNow instance while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration tasks.
  • Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow to streamline business processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Conduct system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in accordance with industry best practices and company policies.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to maintain optimal uptime and availability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process workflows, and configuration details.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to other technical team members.
  • Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT security team to implement and uphold robust security controls, access controls, and compliance standards within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, demonstrating a successful track record of platform implementations and support.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
