Champion Windows is seeking a dedicated Senior Field Marketer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scheduling appointments, representing Champion Windows and Home Exteriors at various events, and driving the success of our field marketing initiatives.

Compensation: Hourly base pay ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Research and Planning: Strategically identify outreach areas and assess staffing requirements. Create and oversee schedules for Field Marketers while researching relevant events within the area.
• Team Management: Assist in the recruitment and training of Field Marketers, establishing clear expectations, supervising field activities, and addressing performance issues as needed.
• Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure that all appointments secured by Field Marketers are accurate and complete, adhering to budget constraints and return on investment guidelines.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively answer customer inquiries and demonstrate offerings at events.
• Client Engagement: Proactively approach potential clients through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate in-home estimate appointments for our sales team.
• Event Support: Oversee the setup and breakdown of event booths, ensuring seamless operations.
• Culture Building: Foster and contribute to a positive company culture.
• Technology Utilization: Employ various mobile technologies for data entry and tracking purposes.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a proven history of successful prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation, with a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
• Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
