Job Description
Job Title: Senior Field Compensation Representative
Company: Ameritas Life Insurance
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $29.31 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $29.31 for a “Senior Field Compensation Representative” in Cincinnati, OH, appears to be on the lower side of the spectrum for similar roles. Generally, compensation for this type of position often ranges from approximately $30 to $50 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, and specific industry sectors. While Cincinnati’s cost of living is relatively low compared to larger urban centers, the offered rate may not fully align with the competitive benchmarks typically seen in the compensation field, suggesting that candidates might expect or seek higher compensation reflective of their skills and the demands of the role.
