Join our team as the Senior Guest Services Manager (Customer Service/Front End Department Manager). We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about providing leadership and guidance to the front-end team while upholding exceptional standards of guest service across all front-end operations. This role is responsible for the comprehensive supervision, training, coaching, and professional development of front-end team members, including cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk personnel, and self-checkout representatives. Working alongside your Guest Services Manager assistant, you will oversee the efficient functioning of the front-end department, which includes cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, the cart room, click and collect services, and parking lot management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
