Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Manager 1, Field Marketing to support multiple healthcare units in the Northeast Ohio region. This pivotal role will focus on driving innovation, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting Sodexo’s brand across various dining services, including cafes, catering, micro markets, and retail stores. The Senior Marketing Specialist will oversee all marketing initiatives, encompassing visual merchandising and social media engagement, to ensure alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and elevating brand visibility.
  • Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and monitoring engagement metrics to advance marketing objectives.
  • Design and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies to effectively showcase dining locations and services.
  • Oversee event planning and engagement activities, guaranteeing a unified brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Act as the primary contact for meal plan inquiries and presentations, collaborating with university departments and exploring new partnership avenues.
  • Support the launch of new business locations, from strategic planning to execution.
  • Coordinate marketing presentations for internal stakeholders, clients, and food departments.
  • Manage and mentor a team, including hourly assistants and student interns, fostering team development through training and guidance.
  • Ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, maintaining a strong focus on detail and urgency.
  • Collaborate with Sodexo’s operations teams to seamlessly integrate marketing strategies into daily business functions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing plans and strategies for a variety of campus dining accounts.
  • Provide leadership for all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with Sodexo’s overarching vision and goals.
  • Support the District Manager and Vice President in achieving marketing success across multiple campuses.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong marketing background with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with presentation experience (PowerPoint proficiency required).
  • Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in social media management to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Experience in visual merchandising with the ability to design and execute impactful displays.
