Job description:
A Senior Retail Project Manager in construction for major retail establishments such as Walmart, Kroger, Costco, and Meijer will be tasked with overseeing the comprehensive development of retail spaces from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
– Overseeing all facets of construction work, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and concrete operations.
– Collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and additional stakeholders to align on project objectives.
– Leading project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
– Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
– Identifying and resolving issues related to site conditions, design modifications, or contractor performance promptly.
– Serving as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
