Job Title: Server Assistant – Big E’s Sports Grill Holland

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $10.33 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.33 for a Server Assistant at Big E’s Sports Grill in Holland, MI, is below the industry standard for similar positions in the area. As of 2023, server assistants in Michigan typically earn between $12 to $15 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and establishment type. Additionally, Michigan’s minimum wage may also influence compensation expectations, and with recent adjustments to minimum wage laws, this rate appears less competitive. Therefore, the offered pay may not attract prospective candidates, particularly given the rising cost of living and wage expectations in the hospitality sector.
