Job Description
Job Title: Server Assistant – Big E’s Sports Grill Holland
Company: Suburban Inns
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $10.33 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.33 for a Server Assistant at Big E’s Sports Grill in Holland, MI, is on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the restaurant industry. As of 2023, server assistants in Michigan typically earn between $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience, location, and establishment type. Additionally, the state’s minimum wage is $10.10, which places this offer only slightly above that threshold. While it may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, it may not attract experienced candidates or align with industry standards, especially in a competitive dining market. Overall, the compensation may need to be reassessed to attract and retain quality staff.
