This includes responsibilities such as setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas and supplies. Success in this role hinges on several critical factors: fostering a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring that your uniform, personal presentation, and communication are consistent with professional expectations. Guest Service Experts will spend considerable time on their feet, which entails standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating various surfaces, and handling responsibilities related to the menu. This includes reading and visually verifying information, as well as engaging in physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects—up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance—alongside reaching overhead and bending, twisting, and stooping as necessary.
Successfully fulfilling these tasks, along with other reasonable job duties as assigned, is essential for Guest Service Experts to consistently deliver exceptional experiences for both our guests and the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Less than one year of relevant experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
