Base pay will be determined based on the applicant’s skills and experience. This role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Please note that temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior residents and guests, promptly taking and delivering food orders according to company standards while ensuring satisfaction with their meals.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to assist with bussing and resetting tables, removing dirty dishes, disposing of trash, and restocking inventory as necessary.
  • Perform assigned side work duties as needed.
