Base pay will be determined based on the applicant’s skills and experience, with additional eligibility for team-based bonus opportunities. Please note that temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders promptly while adhering to company standards, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, assist in bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, dispose of waste, and restock inventory as required.
- Carry out assigned side work duties as needed.
