AI Pay Analysis: To provide a comprehensive analysis of the hourly rate for a “Server – Full Service Restaurant – Evening Shift” role in Lansing, MI, we need to compare it against the average industry standards and local market rates. As of late 2023, hourly wages for servers in full-service restaurants typically range from $12 to $20, depending on experience, the restaurant’s price point, and tips. In Lansing, rates may skew towards the lower end of this spectrum, especially in casual dining settings. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive, especially if it includes potential for tips.
