We are currently seeking a hospitality-oriented Server to enhance our culinary team. This position involves comprehensive, hands-on serving duties within our community.
Key Responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:
– Consistently uphold community standards regarding cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
– Ensure adherence to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
– Maintain high standards for the appearance and presentation of the dining room.
– Set tables and keep workstations organized; take orders and deliver service and requested items graciously and courteously, while addressing any questions about menu items.
– Provide service to customers using proper etiquette, fostering an inviting and welcoming dining atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Completion of at least the sophomore year of high school.
– Prior experience in food service is preferred.
– Experience working with seniors is an asset.
