We are currently seeking a hospitality-oriented Server to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a full range of hands-on serving functions within our community.
Key Responsibilities of a Dining Room Server include:
– Upholding the community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times.
– Adhering to all food quality, appearance, and presentation standards consistently.
– Maintaining dining room appearance and presentation standards.
– Setting tables and ensuring workstations are organized and presentable. You will take orders, provide service, and assist with guest requests both graciously and courteously, as well as answering questions regarding menu items.
– Delivering exceptional service to customers using proper etiquette and fostering an inviting dining atmosphere.
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
– At least a high school education, having completed a minimum of the sophomore year.
– Previous experience in food service is preferred.
– Prior experience working with seniors is also preferred.
