Job description:

As a Guest Service Expert, you will be proactive in providing a diverse array of services to ensure that guests fully enjoy their dining experience. Responsibilities include setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, as well as maintaining clean work areas and supplies. Each interaction is designed to seamlessly integrate with the overall experience.

Regardless of your position, certain elements are crucial for success: fostering a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance in both uniform and communication. Guest Service Experts are required to be agile, often on their feet and moving throughout the establishment, which involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating varied surfaces. You will also need to manage the menu effectively, verifying all information visually. A hands-on approach is essential; tasks may include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and positioning objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance. Additionally, you should be able to reach overhead and bend, twist, and stoop as necessary. Excelling in these responsibilities—and performing other reasonable duties as assigned—ensures a consistently positive experience for our guests and contributes to the success of our business.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Fewer than 1 year of relevant work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None required.
