Job Title: Server Position

Company: Life Care Services

Location: Novi, MI

Pay: $16 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $17 for a Server Position in Novi, MI, is generally competitive but may vary based on several factors, including experience and the specific establishment. As of my last update, the average pay for servers in Michigan typically ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, not including tips, which are a significant component of server income. Given recent trends in the hospitality industry and potential shifts in minimum wage laws, the proposed rate appears to be on the higher end, potentially attracting more experienced candidates. However, local market conditions and state-specific minimum wage considerations, which may be higher in certain areas, should also be taken into account to fully assess its competitiveness.
