Key Responsibilities:

– Accept food orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen, delivering food and beverages to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.
– Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding swiftly to requests and needs.
– Proactively bus and reset tables, as well as complete all assigned side work.
– Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.

Qualifications:

– Previous food service experience is preferred, but not required; we are committed to providing training for the right candidates.
– Successful candidates will undergo food safety training to obtain and/or maintain any necessary local, state, or county food handling and sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
– Clear and effective communication in English is essential.
– Basic computer skills are required for operating the POS system and managing payroll systems.
– Candidates should demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
– You should be adept at solving practical problems and managing situations characterized by limited standardization.
