SSP America operates a variety of restaurants at the Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport, featuring beloved local establishments such as Max & Erma’s, Coffee Beanery, Chili’s, Andiamo, Sora, Corridor, and many more.

As a Server at SSP America, you can expect the following responsibilities:
– Address guest inquiries and provide thoughtful recommendations regarding menu items and services.
– Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
– Assist in food preparation, including ladling soup, tossing salads, portioning desserts, and brewing coffee.
– Monitor guest interactions to anticipate needs and promptly respond to additional requests.
– Efficiently clear and remove dishes from tables.
– Balance and reconcile assigned open and closed checks, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
– Reset tables and counters following the conclusion of each course.
