Job description:
SSP America operates a variety of restaurants at the Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport, featuring popular dining options such as Max & Erma’s, Coffee Beanery, Chili’s, Andiamo, Sora, Corridor, and many more.

As a Server at SSP America, you can anticipate the following responsibilities:

– Provide informative responses to guest inquiries and offer recommendations regarding our food, beverage, and service offerings.
– Input orders accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
– Prepare dishes for service, including tasks such as ladling soup, tossing salads, cutting portions of pie and desserts, and brewing coffee.
– Observe guests attentively to anticipate their needs, and promptly address any additional requests.
– Clear all dishware from tables efficiently.
– Balance and reconcile all assigned open and closed checks by accurately totaling bills and processing payments.
– Clear and reset all counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
